Day One is about expansion - learning from what is already strong and opening to what is possible.

We begin by settling into the rhythm of retreat life - grounding the body, calming the mind, and cultivating safety and belonging within the group.

Day Two invites deeper reflection - reconnecting you with your energy, purpose, and inner resources.

  • Exploring vitality across body, heart, and mind

  • Understanding what makes life meaningful and purposeful

  • Growing through challenge with resilience and compassion

  • Guided integration and commitment to meaningful change

You’ll be supported to translate insight into action - leaving with clarity, confidence, and practical next steps.
