1. Registration & Payment

1.1 Full payment (or first instalment if a payment plan is offered) is required to secure your place.
1.2 A registration confirmation email constitutes proof of purchase.
1.3 All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
2.2 Change of mind, inability to attend, travel disruption, illness, or personal circumstances do not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
2.3 In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, this does not exclude rights where services are not delivered as advertised or where required by law.

We strongly recommend participants obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

3. Ticket Transfers

3.1 Tickets are transferable to another person up to 7 days prior to the Event.
3.2 Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to [insert email address].
3.3 The new attendee agrees to these Terms & Conditions upon transfer.
3.4 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse transfer where reasonable.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation

4.1 The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program, speakers, schedule, or venue where necessary.
4.2 If the Event is cancelled by the Organiser, ticket holders will be offered:

A credit for a future event, or

A refund of the ticket price (excluding any external transaction fees).
4.3 The Organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs incurred by participants.

5. Force Majeure

The Organiser shall not be liable for delay or cancellation due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public health orders, venue closures, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

In such cases, tickets may be transferred to a future event date at the Organiser’s discretion.

6. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer

6.1 WELLx is an educational and experiential wellbeing retreat. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
6.2 Participants acknowledge they are responsible for their own physical and mental health and wellbeing during the Event.
6.3 Participants agree to inform the Organiser of any relevant medical conditions that may affect participation.
6.4 The Organiser is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that retreat activities may include movement, outdoor experiences, reflective exercises, sound bath sessions, and group engagement.

By attending, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

8. Code of Conduct

To preserve a safe and respectful environment:

• Participants must treat others with dignity and respect
• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated
• The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if conduct breaches this code

9. Media & Photography

9.1 The Event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
9.2 By attending, participants grant the Organiser permission to use images or recordings in marketing materials unless written notice is provided prior to the Event.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for Event administration and related communications.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Organiser’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket.
• The Organiser is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

13. Acceptance

By completing registration and payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
